Eloqo is a speech trainer. You record a short take, and it scores clarity, fluency, vocabulary and confidence against the transcript, then names one thing to fix next.

Where to find Eloqo
Eloqo is in closed testing on Google Play. Testers join through the Eloqo testers group and then opt in on Google Play. The beta page has screenshots and the current status.
